How large can the group be?
From 6 people (small team offsite) to 120 people (full-company summer party). For groups under 20, we run a single rotating session. For groups 30+, we run tournament format with group stage, semifinals, finals. We can also run parallel stations (Bubble Soccer + Arrow Tag + XXL Soccer Darts in parallel) for groups up to 80 people simultaneously.
What does a typical corporate package include?
Equipment, setup and teardown, 1–2 coaches on site depending on group size, insurance, a briefing deck in English if needed, and a results overview for internal communication. Optional: catering coordination, venue booking (if you don't have a location), branded trophies, and photo/video documentation.
Can this work for a hybrid team offsite?
Yes – we've run events that combine in-person team-building with a remote-team video cheer squad. The in-person team plays Bubble Soccer, the remote team watches via livestream and votes on MVPs. Works best for global teams with a strong core in Germany plus remote contributors in other time zones.
